- Provided primary support to GTE Data Services for
national corporate 1500 node LAN.
- Managed, monitored and troubleshot five hundred
3Com servers and one thousand Banyan servers across five time zones for over ¼ million
internal TELCO employees.
- Responsible for logging and tracking
problem/incident tickets on mainframe system dealing with logins, email, network based
applications, storage and printing services on the LANS.
- Remotely managed/monitored servers using 3Com LAN
utilities, Banyan DOS, Win31 and Win95 based utilities as well as HP Open View,
pcAnywhere32, Procomm, and NetScan Tools (TCP/IP).
